Dr. Fernando Vera with a clinic patient

Why I made this

Dr. Fernando Vera, OT

I'm a licensed occupational therapist and I run Empower Health, a dementia rehab clinic in The Woodlands, Texas. Every week I meet families who are paying for help they could get for free, or who were told therapy "won't help anymore." This map is everything I wish every family had on day one.

We checked every program and phone number on official sites in October 2026. Education, not legal, financial or medical advice.
