This site is run by Empower Health LLC. Here is what it collects and why, in plain words.

What we collect

• Your first name and email address, if you sign up for a free guide or plan, or buy something. We use them to send what you asked for and short tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Which Calm Plan you picked, if you sign up for one (for example “late-day agitation”), so the tips we send fit your situation. Your other answers stay in your browser and are not saved.
• Order details, if you buy a book or course. Payments are handled by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic visit information, such as which pages were viewed. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure this and to show our posts and ads to people who visited.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not ask for names, diagnoses or medical records of the person you care for. Please do not send any through this site.

Who helps us run the site

We use systeme.io for email and checkout, Netlify to host the site, and Meta for measurement. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email, and you can ask us to delete your information. The best way to ask right now is a message to my Facebook Page. Search Facebook for Dr. Vera's Dementia Tools and tap Message.
